We lead community, Tribal, and partner engagement programs to inform project decisions, provide strategic planning and facilitation for decision-making bodies, and create clear and approachable communication materials for highly-technical concepts.

What’s in a name?
True wind is a term sailors use to refer to the direction the wind is blowing, a critical piece of information to have when charting a course and navigating for a new destination.
As an avid sailor herself, our founder was inspired by the concept of maintaining sight on the course ahead of you, even (or especially!) if the wind may shift along the way. We take this philosophy to heart at True Wind Collaborative and help the people we work with maintain sight of their goals, efficiently adapt, and stay true to course when conditions shift.
